Some men are just funny. I mean they try to excuse what is logically irrational. One of those stupid things these men do is keep in touch with their ex-lovers and even flaunt it! They tell you there is nothing between them, they are just friends, that's all.
Just friends? A woman once set your libido on fire, you say you are just friends. You've got sexual fantasies and there is a part of you that loves variety and sexual adventure so when your wife's sex drives goes to the cooler you remember your old flame, the escapades you had, how she drove you wild and how you always long for her body so each time you meet her you keep remembering those hot, passionate sexual encounters you had together and you say you are just friends?
It's wrong to keep being friends with your ex especially when sex was involved. Feelings don't die bro. You can hide or supress it but like petrol once it sees fire it takes a mighty leap and explode!
Feelings are powerful. Your sex drive is powerful, sexual chemistry is powerful! Save your self lots of headache and end the relationship before you find yourself in bed with your "friend" totally engulfed in the sexual fire that will eventually burn your marriage down to ashes.
Never be in friendship with a woman your wife does not approve. If she doesn't, that is a red flag, let the relationship go. Any woman fighting for your attention away from your wife is an enemy of your marriage and you shouldn't waste a second of your time with her.
The truth is no one can take the place of your wife. She sees all your weaknesses yet sticks it out with you and keeps your marriage going, you should appreciate her for that.
Do the right thing and take the noble road. End the relationship and focus on your marriage. Do not set yourself for extra-marital affairs.
