IS YOUR PARTNER FRUSTRATING YOU?

Every relationship especially marriage experiences frustration at one point or the other. Your partner like every normal human being has weaknesses and will often get on your nerves. 

That he/she keep doing things that make you wants to explode or run away does not mean you have married the wrong man or woman, you have a perfect human being under your roof and you need to devise means of handling those weaknesses and keep your sanity.

Find a reasonable time when both of you are relaxed and express your concern. First appreciate him/her for all the good qualities he/she has and how they have positively contributed to the relationship. Do not start addressing issues after a bad day or when you are feeling very angry; neither should you attack him/her -no one will listen that way.

Carefully express your concern and take his/her feelings into consideration. Do not abuse or call him/her names. You want to settle disputes not start world war lll.

Empathize with him/her when he/she tells you how remorseful or helpless he/she has been. Pray with your partner. Prayer bonds and has a healing effect on couples.

You don't have to give up on your spouse, with patience, love and endurance, he/she will blossom into the type of man or woman you have always dreamt of. It is possible!
